I used Fallon's Handyman service and had Wayne Weldon complete the list of work I needed to have done extremely professionally and competently. He arrived ontime, did the work, cleaned up, and was very pleasant to have in my home. I will be calling again when I have the next "list" sorted. Many thanks :-)

I have used Fallon Electrical and Plumbing on a few occasions and they are always great, easy to book, tradesmen actually turn up on time, highly recommend.

My hot water system needed replacing and after completing several online forms for quotations, Fallon was one of the first to reply (I didnot even hear from some of the other companies). The quote was I was given was fairly transparent with additional cost clearly listed. The plumber arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. After he left the electrician arrived shortly so it was well co-ordinated.

I have used Fallon services twice now and both times their service guy has arrived on time and fixed the problems (first time a washing machine, second time running a cable for the tv). Both guys were helpful and explained what work was required. Thankyou to their customer service who co-ordinated the call outs to fit in with my availability. I'll be using Fallon's again and would recommend them.

We needed to move our television antenna as the old antenna allowed birds to use our pool as a toilet. This was done with a minimum of disturbance to us and there was no mess to clean up after. The technician rang before arrival and was prompt on arrival time. Would recommend Fallon highly.

Fallon services replaced a very worn phone Junction Box and upgraded the contents in our unit block. Thankyou to Pam in customer service and electrician Joel who initially inspected the job and arranged for Bruce who arrived on time next day to fix it all. I was directed to Fallons after having no luck at all with other companies. Our Body Corp is very pleased to have everything renewed...!

I have used Fallon's a few times - initially as an emergency weekend callout when our hotwater system sprung a leak, and then for electrical and antennae work. The out of hours service was excellent - pricey, but you can expect that late on a Saturday night! The electrical work seemed to have been performed well however, once they assess what you want done, you then have have go to an electrical supply retailer to buy the necessary items before they return at another time to install. I can understand needing to do that if you have a particular light fitting in mind, however, I would have thought that they could supply and install down lights, heat protectors, power switches etc. It may work out cheaper that way, however, I am quite time poor, so trying to arrange multiple visits around my work not to mention sourcing the materials was a hassle. The electricians were very pleasant and turned up when they said they would which was great.

great work sorting a hardto diagnose issue with our fridge. They turned up on time too which means a lot when you have to take time off to be there. I like that they took their boots off at the door too :)

A stubborn fridge that didn't want to run properly. Fallon Services were great. They came twice to find the problem and fix it and no charge for the second call out. Brilliant same day service. We won't hesitate to use Fallon Services again.

I booked in a pre purchase electrical inspection for a property we had under contract. We drove up to the property to meet them which was half an hours drive from where we were currently living simply for the electrician not to turn up. When I called the electrician to see where they were, they simply said they couldn't come as they had been called to another job. Extremely disappointed as we had no time left in our short terms to call another electrician therefore we had to forfeit our electrical inspection prior to purchase. A company with customer service like this would never come with a recommendation. Customer service definitely needs improving!!
