I booked in a pre purchase electrical inspection for a property we had under contract. We drove up to the property to meet them which was half an hours drive from where we were currently living simply for the electrician not to turn up. When I called the electrician to see where they were, they simply said they couldn't come as they had been called to another job. Extremely disappointed as we had no time left in our short terms to call another electrician therefore we had to forfeit our electrical inspection prior to purchase. A company with customer service like this would never come with a recommendation. Customer service definitely needs improving!!

I contacted Action Property Inspections late via email to do a pre property inspection thinking I would get a reply the next day but instead got a reply with a day and time that same evening. Given our tight contract conditions this made me feel more at ease and appreciated the prompt reply. When we meet Andrew at the property he explained the process and conducted a through inspection of which I think made the owners a little nervous as they commented and how good he was. At the end of it he pulled us aside and explained a few of the more notable defects. With this we went back to the sellers and got a further discount for repairs. He even returned our call on a Sunday when we had a question for him. We would highly recommend Andrew for anyone waiting to purchase property. The pest guy he arrange also made it hassle free and comes highly recommended too. Thanks API
