Incredible, we had Family friendly come out and clean a huge recliner chair, i thought it had seen its last days but they brought it up brand new! Such friendly people and so happy to help with everything. Thank you.

Family friendly carpet cleaning did an amazing job on my leather lounge suite.. I honestly thought my sofa was finsihed and I needed a new one, my work mate recommended I give these guys a try first and I was soo happy I did they made my sofa look pretty new again and it was in pretty bad shape. Will be recommending you guys to everyone I know and will see you in a couple of weeks for my carpets :)

They came to my rescue!! I had spilt bright pink (dry in 60seconds) nail varnish on my cream carpet, it spread about 1 meter. The guy from Family Friendly Carpet Cleaning came in less than half an hour, he was so polite and worked hard to remove the stubborn stain, amazingly it was gone, I was so relieved. The products he had used smelt so fresh and clean, I enquired about having all my carpets cleaned and to my surprise, it was not as expensive as I thought, they were so efficient I was booked in straight away. I would recommend this company to everyone, after having all the carpets cleaned, you can visually see a difference, smell the freshness, have peace of mind that my 8 month old baby is crawling on a clean floor, I am a proud housewife and now feel even happier about my home.

Family friendly have done a lot of swrvice for me. Theyve always been GREAT to deal with, and provide excellent service not to mention making themselves available at the drop of a hat. We had our car seats and carpets done. Excellent job, got rid of some stains and really friendly and prompt service. Highly recommend them to anyone. Will be having them back to do our lounge and house carpets. Staff extremely helpful.

I gave 5 stars because the standard of work was first class and great value for money. I knew both our cars had been thoroughly and professionally cleaned whereas in the past with other detailers I was always left wondering. A brilliant result and we will use them again.

I got in contact with the Family Friendly team when i was moving out of a rental and my carpet cleaner didnt turn up, I spoke to Donna and Miki came out within 2 hours i couldnt believe it, then he removed all the stains and enabled me to get my bond back - 2 weeks later i referred them to my in-laws and they couldn't be happier either on their sofa which still looks great. I would never use or refer anyone else now - thanks guys your amazing!
