Absolutely Brilliant, studied my cert iii and iv in fitness online and it was a breeze, they were so supportive, the online portal was easy to use and Ewan and Rob are brilliant tutors. Came in for my practical and it was great, I wish i did the whole thing on campus now. Big shout out to Dinh, she was sooo supportive and caring. I wouldn't have completed the course without her, like most people work and family got in the way a bit but she helped me focus, set a study plan and I got back on track. Would recommend!

Awesome place to study, I was thinking for years to be a personal trainer so I studied their course and learnt alot. Always help me with my questions and the learning system was easy to use.

I would like to make special mention to Adam in the Melbourne campus, I've completed my Certificate III in Fitness SIS30315 with him. He is super knowledgable and friendly, always took the time to help any of us, even if it wasn't to do with the course. Karla was also a great help supporting me to finish the course. Would thoroughly recommend FIA Fitnation for anyone wanting a really high quality course.

Loved studying at FIA, just finished my course, Rob is the best teacher and Eddy too! It was such a welcoming and friendly environment and all soo knowledgable. They give us real world examples and stories of their clients and business in such a positive way. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have just completed my diploma in fitness through Fiafitnation via online which I started a year ago.
The good was, you can pay the course off by fortnightly instalments or VET help, which was convenient for me at the time as no other training provider had this. So I chose Fitnation.

The course content and delivery via their website has improved greatly and the quality is decent but there is still room for improvement, as it was a P.O.S at the beginning.

I also would have finished sooner, but with the slow responses between assignments and general Q&A emails, I had calculated a total wait time of 5 months plus.
For eg. it took 4 months to receive a reply on my exam results.

The initial service was poor, the sales consultant did not have an answer on how long to complete the course, which they have now corrected.

And the website was constantly updated and of poor design, so half the course content would be there one minute and gone the next, which was also plagued with spelling and grammar errors. It was like this for months.

A major disruption to my life.

Fiafitnations' diploma online has just started and I was one of 'guinea pigs'. I give credit to Fiafitnation they have done a marvellous job to fix the majority of the course thus far.

My recommendation is to wait awhile. Give it half a year or so, if you plan on doing a course via online and they should have worked out all the problems and then they will be a very good training company.

They have a campus course as well which has been operating for awhile longer, and I have heard good rumours about it. So it's something to consider.
