Never had a bad meal here except for the last one, premium price for an overcooked steak that arrived cold with a film over the sauce.

This place specialises in steak but also does a range of other things on the grill.

The interior is very elegant, especially in the day, while it is a little dark in the evening (we went in there on a summer day, so it was light when we arrived, but dark when we left). I think they are going for the mood lighting at night, but it just gives it a slightly seedy feel.

Anyway, not the best steaks in Brisbane, but good value for money. Great chips too. But not my favourite place for steak.

With out a doubt the best eye fillet and mushroom sauce in Brisbane. The steaks are always cooked perfectly, service is always great - only when it is busy that it is slow. Always have to make a booking otherwise you wont get in and will have to sit at the bar. Highy recommend

Went here for a friends birthday. There was a large group of us but our orders were still bought out quite quickly. The steaks were ok, not fantastic. I remember the sauces being amazing though! The restaurant itself could do with a bit of a reno but otherwise still an ok place for dinner

It was Ok. We had to sit at the bar as we had not booked but the bar was quite nice. The meal was timely but the quality was ordinary, the garlic bread supplied with the bread loaf with non defrosted garlic butter and the orders were not correct.

Found out about Fiascos from womow. Excellent service! Food was great and staff very helpful. I took family from os to hove steak and they loved it.

Best steaks in brisbane hands down. the meal is a complete package, steak, chips, salad and garlic bread. cannot be beaten

We are from South Australia and have been holidaying in Queensland for the past eight years staying at Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments. Morrison's Hotel is leisurely stroll from the apartments. Since we found the Morrison's we have been more than impressed with the atmosphere of the Hotel. We have not tried the steak as yet but the meals we have had are very reasonable in quality, quantity and value. We bought the family up here last September - 6 adults and 4 kids and had our meal outside on the verandah. One of the waitresses took a picture of the lot of us in the pub. Very friendly and obliging staff great ambiance and great location. The little riddle or conundrum written above the doorway to the steak house can keep the brain ticking over during lunch. A great place to eat and relax.

deserving of its 'best steak in Brisbane' reputation, the steaks here are definitely a cut above the rest! They need to do something about the parking situation though.
