Have had fisher & paykel fridge for over 10 years. Their service over the phone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. My fridge had developed a leak. Initially received over the phone advice on what could be done to try and fix as well as information on the on-site service they could provide. I ended up needing to get someone out - after booking in a time they made follow up call to say they could move appointment to an earlier date (which was great). Got call 30 minutes before arrival. Very efficient and good value. Also helpful when I asked about getting a new shelf for the fridge.
