Our washing machine LCD display stopped working and the machine was out of warrenty. We called and booked in a technitian who arrived a week later and after less than a minute told us it was an LCD problem hmm really!! And that he did not have the part someone would ring in 2 weeks to fix it. After numerous unreturned phone calls from fisher and paykel they offered to fix the part for free. Yet when the technitian returned he tried to charge me $300.00 and refused to put my machine back against the wall. I will not buy or reccomend fisher and paykel again

Our F&P fridge has only had 2 problems since we bought it some 7 years back. Once it wouldn't stop beeping and the other was when your freezer part went on the fritz. We contacted F&P Customer Care and they organised for someone to come and fix it within 24 hours each time - outstanding!
