Gadi fixed our old, poorly designed oven. Everything was in good working order but the poorly designed and flimsy control knob making it unusable. We were told by the maufacturer 'we no longer stock that item as it is over 10 years old'. Gadi showed some inventive creativity and sorted out the problem. We were saved the cost of a new oven. My oven stopped heating, I called Fix My Oven in the morning and he came the same day. My oven was repaired within 45mins. He was very efficient and it was at a reasonable price. He was also very informative about my oven and gave me tips on how to look after my oven. I would use them again if it broke down again. I am a very satisfied with this service!

Gadi responded to my weekend email first thing on Monday and arrived by 11.00 (ringing 20 minutes prior to advise of arrival time) . I had no manual to my Ariston oven so he explained the functions and tested the temperature which overheats by 30 degrees. Oven knob would not release and was promptly fixed. Gadi also gave me advice on other electrical whites goods - very professional.

Absolutely fantastic service! Smeg oven not working, called Gadi at 10.30 am , arrived at 12 pm. Called 30 mins prior to advise arrival time. Problem fixed , new element, fair and reasonable cost. 100 % happy.

Very happy with the prompt service. I rang Thursday morning and Gadi made an appointment for the next day. He called to make sure we were home and arrived on time. Gadi was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the element on our Blanco electric stove and showed us how the oven operates correctly. He also tested the temperature to confirm it was heating correctly. Additionally, he gave us a free run down on cleaning our Blanco dishwasher and using that as well. I would highly recommend Fix My Oven to anyone.

This was an extremely efficient service. Gadi came and diagnosed the problem with my Smeg oven and had it all fixed within 30 mins. He also waived the Saturday surcharge- an excellent service
