Gadi fixed our old, poorly designed oven. Everything was in good working order but the poorly designed and flimsy control knob making it unusable. We were told by the maufacturer 'we no longer stock that item as it is over 10 years old'. Gadi showed some inventive creativity and sorted out the problem. We were saved the cost of a new oven.
