Flagstaff Hill Dental Care

My experience has been excellent. I was very nervous. Andre put me at ease, my dental work was patiently completed and unbelievably pain free.(crown replacement) All the staff go above and beyond. They are an excellent team. The service I recieved was second to none.

I highly recommend this Dentist. My family have been going here for years. They are the friendliest and most caring people I have ever encountered - when it comes to dental work. I have been seeing Dal for some time - ask for him. All the dentists working there are great as well as the receptionists. If you are afraid to go to the dentist (which I was) they will put you at ease (but not your pocket - as with any dentist, it does cost a bit) They are well worth the money! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic dentists and staff,with a great atmosphere eg. toys for kids,daily newspaper,water well,however does not cater or help people on centrelink payments,but does participate in the teen health voucher scheme through medicare.

My family has been using this local dentist for many years.The office staff are very friendly and empathetic when you need help immediately. The quality of the dental work is excellent with the choice of three dentists. Opening at night makes it easier for appointments.

I am terrified of the dentist but after having a root canal done here my opinion on dental care has totally changed! From the first time I called for an appointment the reception staff treated me with complete courtesy, professionalism and a friendly relaxed manner that put me instantly at ease. They are flexible and accomodating with appointment times and very understanding especially if you are in pain. When I arrived for my appointment I was impressed by the offices and the warmth by which I was greeted by receptionists. These women are clearly well trained and are happy working there. The nurses are just as impressive, comfortable making chit chat to relax you before your procedure and makes an effort to remember and use your name. Then there is the dentist - WOW! He is so friendly and talks you through each step of what he is doing and makes sure you are comfortable with what is happening. He is very highly skilled and again, patient and empathy towards my fear was very obvious! I would recommend this practice to anyone who will listen as it is very rare to recieve such a high level of customer service these days!
