When it comes to organics you have the choice between the supermarket, markets and Flannery's.

Supermarkets are great for the everyday produce, markets are best for fresh fruit & vegetables.

At Flannery's, the basic items are way over priced and their fresh fruit and vegetables are not very fresh.

But the wonderful range of gourmet organic produce makes this place a delight to shop at.

The staff at Mrs Flannerys are always helpful and friendly. I usually call before I go in for items that are in short supply such as Maleny Dairies cream or Ancient Grains oat bread. The staff put them aside for me.

There is loads of variety and I love the self serve 'buckets' where you take as much as you need in the brown paper bags.

I recently bought cream at the beginning of my errands and the girl gave me a frozen pouch, wrapped it all in paper and also gave me a polystyrene box to keep it all cold. GREAT service!

Parking is free and plentiful at the front. Only problem is accessing the carpark from Webster Rd outbound.

Open 7 days which is also very convenient.

We shop here nearly every week. They have excellent products at a comparable price to other locations, if not cheaper. A good range of organic products, including fruit and veg. Friendly helpful staff encourage us to come back.

I was happy to shop here because of having everything in the one place as far as foods that aren't the norm. Unfortunately those foods were not cheap which is a huge shame because I'd like to shop there more often. Not saying that was the fault of Mrs Flannery's I was just wishfully thinking that we'd get a better deal there than elsewhere since it was their specialisation.

The service I received here was absolutely fantastic! The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed, which is great because I certainly didn't.

Mrs Flanneries in Chermside is an organic grocery shop - has great supplies for those with allergies or who just want to avoid certain types of foods or production methods. The best are the snack foods for allergy sufferers that you can buy by weight from the bulk bins. They are a bit expensive but pretty good for that kind of outlet
