I have been using their services for a few years. However, this business probably is now handled externally and we has experienced a below average quality of work. We have decided to change service provider.

In December 2021 I sought the services of Cooroy Pest Control and arranged termite inspection and follow on protection from them. March 2023 and Flick became the new owners and the service has continued for me here in Cooroy. I cannot speak highly enough of the service offered and whilst termites are a continuing issue for each of us who are fortunate to own our own homes, the staff have offered very friendly and helpful advice and professional attention to the monitoring of my home and surrounds over the duration of my customer service. My very special thanks to Jason Zipperer for his friendly, caring and conscientious attention to the monitoring of my home and surrounds. They enjoy your direct debit money every month, but they dont like coming out to do the job when you call them , with their 'peace of mind plan ' they call it.. Very very rude staff when they finally came out to do the job.. He asked me to show the spiders and ants.. So next time you all make sure you stick those pests with a sticky tape..
Also I had 2 different staff said different things about the same plan.. So who gets the training who knows..They say one rule to get to join their plan and suddenly changes when you need the service..

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
Booked an outside and inside spider spray for the house. They signed me up to their monthly payment plan, I agreed - great, I didn't have to pay upfront. Guy rocks up and does outside of house and not inside of house because we hadn't done the house prep (moving furniture, vaccumed etc) . Nobody told us what the house "prep"was supposed to be so the guy left without spraying the inside. So I made a follow up appointment to have the inside done. Flick doesn't show up to the appointment. In the meantime - I still have spiders making webs on the outside of my house - so obviously their product is crap and doesn't work. I decide to cancel the monthly plan. [redacted due to personal identifier] on the phone tries to charge me full price for the service without checking what payments I have made first and upon me requesting a statement, realises I have paid $75 already when she was about to charge me $300 when I only needed to pay $225. I then ask well, the guy did half the service, so I should be paid half the price, well no... that aint gonna happen. Full service was apparently $330.00 and I still got charged $300... so they gave me $30 discount for an unfinished job....
[redacted due to personal identifier] ended up saying... ok thanks for paying... have a nice day. No customer retention effort made, no apologies, no checkup on their contractor to see why he didn't rock up.
