first of all, having to wait over an hour for someone to deal with you - extremely annoying. the wedding/honeymoon registry was absolutely annoying - no one explained it properly, and if the money wasn't paid by the time you needed to pay for the trip then they would give it to you in a gift voucher - you couldn't use it to go towards the honeymoon at all. So angry that no one bothered to tell us that in the first place. then they booked us in deals that we didn't ask for, and what we did ask for was completely overlooked. will not be using anyone from this franchise again.

A general piece of advice (trust us, as we too had to learn the hard way) that the majority of franchises are best left alone. Thanks again, Reeces

Why are they always understaffed here? Maybe they enjoy getting customers to wait for an hour. They are also not the cheapest, despite what they claim. You can get a much better deal from an independent, which I am for my next overseas jaunt.

Always good service here, been booking through them for quite a few years and all my overseas trips have run smoothly, mainly due to this companys good planning. They suggest things you may not have thought about, and most helpful,but alway allow plenty of time when you go there.

We booked a cruise with Flight Centre, they took our Credit Card details and said that we would hear back from them. Two weeks down the track and we had not heard anything. We contacted them via email and they had forgot to book our seats and the cruise was then booked out. We argued about this and then they said we could get seats but it would cost us more! We then refuted that and they ended up getting us seats and charged us the quoted price. We then received an email to go and pick up some tickets from our local Flight Centre agent. We went into Flight Centre Ballarat and they had no idea what we were after. Apparently if you book tickets via email or telephone your business goes into a queue and it is taken by any random location. We were from Ballarat and our call was taken in Clifton Hills. Also apparently because it belonged to the agent at Clifton Hills the Ballarat agents were not able to access our information and see where our tickets were. Quite a poor setup.

Hi Anonymous Member, we appreciated your input. What a shameful manner in which to conduct business. Thank you kindly for the heads-up, as we will be sure to steer clear of this establishment. There are so many complaints, not just on WOMO. Hope everything (eventually) worked out for you, although one wonders whether in fact you needed another holiday in order to recover from this incompetence. Regards, Reeces
