I am in two minds about rublicious - on the one hand the staff are so friendly, prices are good and you can book an appointment online. They have shellac nails which now i know what they are will probably wait a bit to get again. unfortunately some of the others services seem hit and miss. i am not sure whether it was because it was someone who had just finished their traineeship or something had been let at my eyebrows - but now i have to wait for one to grow out before i can get shaped again (and she said it was the shape of my face that was the issue - insulted much??) and given that i have never had an issue with anyone else waxing my eyebrows i think it was more her fault. although i had been before and the first lady i got was much better, didn't have a problem at all. will go again but will not be getting that second girl to come anywhere near me - i get that she is probably not as experienced as some of the others, and she will get that, but just not on me.

all i needed were two front tyres and a wheel allignment - took hours to get the actual tyres on, then to do a wheel alighnment that just did not seem to do anything. the sales people there i suppose are ok, seemed to know what they were doing but took a bit to tell them that i did not want to purchase all four tyres, just the front two. guess they are just doing their job. but i ended up taking my car to tyrepower to get another alignment because they didn't seem to have done anything. dont think i will be going back there again - even if they do have deals on.

I hadn't been out to Kryal Castle for a few years since my sister in law worked there with the old owners. i had heard that it had been revamped by the new owners and was more lavish so i was expecting bigger things. we actually took our two chinese exchange students thinking that they would like the experience. we lasted only a couple of hours out there. granted, the weather wasn't great but the only real highlights was the live shows. the dragon entrance... well scared my youngest children and because the exchange students didnt know what was going on (and i didnt know myself) it was difficult to keep them calm as well. great for probably teenagers and those heavily into medieval themes. staff were very friendly, but it would have been nice if we had known about the different activities (and how much they cost) beforehand so we could be prepared. the new owners have closed a lot of the small shops that previously had the different scenes, mini towns etc - now there is only one display shop with a module of Kryal Castle and a couple of small displays. the animals in the middle of the walkway is great for kids, and the torture museum is great as well - that you can try some of the torture devices is fantastic - the kids loved getting into these. missed the wizards workshop and there was only one person doing facepainting so the wait was forever. also missed out on the magic show but i remember from the last time that it is good. like i said before, the biggest highlight is the live shows - the jousting and the horses and the knights duelling which afterwards you could meet the knights and jesters. might wait until my youngest is older so we can go and appreciate it a bit more, but not a bad day out - just make sure you have plenty of money once you get in, food is expensive, gifts are even more expensive and all the additional things to do costs (wizards workshop etc)

having specific dietary requirements seems to be a bit daunting for the staff there. although they are friendly and try to be accommodating, it didn't sink in to them to not charge me for items on the menu that i couldn't have - i.e. the soup (which i could have) and the roll (which i couldnt but was still charged for). very poor consideration of clients needs.

went in for pain in shoulder and lower back, and found my neck was out - completely not what I was thinking but the therapist there was so good that he was able to find all the sore spots. was still sore for a few days afterwards, but did what I was told, and after a few days was feeling better than I had before.

Anastasia was our wedding celebrant and I have to say I could not have been happier. We were able to meet up with her several times prior to the wedding, as well as email and call her with all our weird questions and she was nothing by caring and supportive. I felt so bad that I didn't get a chance to thank her at the actual wedding, but she took all of our craziness in her stride, allowed us to change and change and change our vows again, assisted in getting the wording just right and on the day helped us through and just went above and beyond what i would have expected a celebrant to do. would highly recommend Anastasia to anyone looking for a friendly, caring and supportive celebrant

oooooh lets just say YUM :) given that I am Ceoliac and therefore a very restricted diet you would not think that a Patissiere would be somewhere i could venture- yet, they are increasingly bringing in new products for me to try. I must confess that I am some what of a regular there now, just to see what else i can try., But nothing goes past the gluten free brownies or the really sweet passionfruit cheesecake. and the rolls there look absolutely awesome (if only they could supply some in gluten free rolls) but for savoury they still offer the gluten free quiches and salads as well. the staff are friendly and treat everyone as a friend. the value for money is also great - you get a decent sized slice which is really probably twice as much as what others would give you, for only a few dollars. very reasonable, very yum (even if i am only a typical aussie and not an international connoisseur) and very customer friendly.

after my first phone decided to become possessed, the staff helped work out the issues, as well as help me select an updated phone and plan. no pressure, gave me all the info about each of the phones I looked at and helped work out what would be better for what I used the phone for. great staff good advice

absolutely great to deal with - friendly and caring staff let us sit with the kittens and play with them so we could make a decision and do not regret it. helped us fill out the council registration paperwork, and didn't try to push any additional products (except what we asked about). professional service, highly recommend for adopting a pet

first of all, having to wait over an hour for someone to deal with you - extremely annoying. the wedding/honeymoon registry was absolutely annoying - no one explained it properly, and if the money wasn't paid by the time you needed to pay for the trip then they would give it to you in a gift voucher - you couldn't use it to go towards the honeymoon at all. So angry that no one bothered to tell us that in the first place. then they booked us in deals that we didn't ask for, and what we did ask for was completely overlooked. will not be using anyone from this franchise again.
