Our travel agent, Kara, who has been assisting us for years always provides us with exceptional service. She goes above and beyond everytime.

Courtney at Flight Centre Mordialloc has been our travel agent now for a few years and she is fantastic. We tend to travel in large groups which could be a pain to organise but she does a great job, quick to answer enquires and very friendly. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a travel agent.

So happy with Flight Centre at Mordialloc. Montana is always so cheerful, efficient and always willing to help in any way. She is always ready to answer our endless questions. Even if we have a query whilst on holiday, a quick email to Montana always gets it sorted. Extremely happy with the service we received.

Terrible. The agent who made my bookings went on leave weeks before I left without letting me know so my emails all went unanswered! Then the next agent was outbid office sick when I asked for last minute support and advice. Currently overseas with no responses to my emails. Wouldn't EVER use them again!

Outstanding service, went there with my mum and the staff were very friendly. gave us great information that was easy to understand.

No follow up was offered and we were not kept up to date at the time of trouble in Bangkok when there was trouble - which was the time we were there - quite disappointing that we were not contacted by the company
