I had heard mixed reviews on Flip burger previously but as they were convenient I decided to give them a try. The food was edible but didn't leave me craving my next bite despite being hungry, it didn't taste bad just not amazing. Staff aren't amazingly welcoming or friendly its obvious they are only there because they need the money not because they enjoy their job

Worst service and food I have had to pay for, I was disappointed in the quality of the burger as its was raw and fell apart when complaining to staff they refused a replacement or refund because I had begun to eat the burger.

Burger are ok, not the best. Customer service could be improved. The seem a bit rude and last time

We have tried Flip burger twice now, both times were less than average. The staff were distracted and seemed uninterested in our order, the burgers were poorly assembled and raw in the middle, sadly when we complained and requested they remake we were made to feel like 'whingers'

Flip burgers are a good mix of quality and price. All burgers I've tried have been delicious, and they have a large range from the traditional to the very fancy. They also have two sizes of burgers which would be handy for the smaller appetite. You get your food pretty quickly, even when busy the wait isn't too bad. Overall they're nothing amazing but if you're looking for a burger at a reasonable cost, go there.

Flip Burger has some of the best quality food. It is good tasting, good value for money, fresh, and filling. The restaurant is kept clean and welcoming. The service is excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly.

I liked the set out of this eating place and the staff were friendly. However for the price i paid for the burger i did not think it was an exceptional burger. It did taste good, though my expectations were a little higher. The service was quick though but when i went there was only one other pair of people there.
