We often travel to Tasmania to experience the wonderful flavours and delights that it can offer.
We thought we would try Flippers instead of going into Mures, and were disappointed with our choice. We were in a bit of a rush as we were heading across to see Billy Connolly at the Derwent Centre, and thought this would be a quick nice seafood choice. WRONG! The flake was rubber (my husbands wasn't...) and the scallops were awfully greasy. I bit in and grease came pouring out.
I wanted to go back and give them their awful food right back but didn't have time.
This is the last time we will eat at Flippers and I will never recommend it to others, sorry.

Great fish, fresh and very tasty. Reasonable pricing and usually has a good variety to chose from. I enjoy ordering my fish and eating down at the waterfront, flippers is quick and easy. The service is fast and people fairly friendly.

Flippers is one of the seafood punts by Constitution dock that offer freshly caught and cooked seafood at a reasonable price. It's a fantastic meal option on a warm summer's day or night.
It's so nice to get your fish and chips and eat it with the seagulls on constitution dock - followed of course by an icecream!
