regular updates on points earned and products and services available to redeem Customer service and telephone manner is excellent No long waits on the phone products arrive on time and well packaged

Although we use our fly buys card daily for the food shopping/petrol etc it takes ages to accumulate points and by the time you are close to getting a cheap gift card the points expire- The rewards do not equate to the amount you spend. i don't see the value or point in this system unless you are spending ALOT of money and have access to the higher range rewards

I have only just started with FlyBuys. It does seem to take a while to redeem points however it is free and easy to join. Looking forward to my first voucher.

Over the years flybuys has allowed me to get a few extra things that I wouldn't normally buy for my self. By simply showing my flybuy card at the checkouts I can earn points to go towards those purchases. Also the extra deals Coles puts on from time to time are great too. With just my normal day to day shopping, I get the equivalent of $200 every 6 months. So worth it for me.

I have been a Flybuys member for a number of years and I am just getting my 2nd reward. Points take quite a while to expire and can accumulate quite quickly even if you only have a few accepted store close at hand (eg. I only regularly use 2 stores).

I have been using FlyBuys since they first started their loyalty programme. I have lost track of the number of gift vouchers that I've redeemed over the years (I especially like to redeem them leading up to Christmas, or when the mid-year sales are on).

I would never bother trying to save for a flight, and although I've redeemed some of the "gift" items and hotel stays, I think the gift vouchers are the best value for your hard-earned points.

Great loyalty programme - just remember to have your card swiped!

I just do my shopping and when they ask me at the checkout I say yes please, like others say it costs me nothing at all

i ahve been a member for roughly 4 years now and normally trade my points in 2 times a year for a 20 voucher, so about $40 a year from just normal coles shopping!
