Horrendous experience, will never use this company in any capacity again.
Avoid at your peril, ruined my device and left in disrepair and were unapologetic.

Fonebiz were very supportive and helped fix my phone a few times and enabled me to replace it with htc when they were unable to fix it.they dealt with my emails very promptly and returned the phone as soon as feasible. Friendly service too. Thank you

Its unfortunate that I have to post this negative review, but I feel I had to speak out about the abysmal experience I had dealing with this business.
My phone requiring some warranty repair was sent courtesy of my mobile carrier. My experience was as follows:
- received email confirmation that phone was received 1 week (?) after I sent it in with an express courier service
- received an email quote to fix some damage that would not be under warranty (ok so far)
- I replied to email with a signed acceptance of quote and to please complete all repairs asap
- No reply/confirmation for over a week until I call in. I had to ask them to charge my credit card to which they could not until somebody would call me back. Next day I rang again to make sure they accept my credit card payment. They then did so, in what felt like a super dodgy credit card experience. But we push on.
- Multiple phone calls to check on repair status would always reveal a different story (eg in a rough order: its with the technician, its complete, its awaiting parts, its with technician, its ready to send, and its with technician again)
- Once delivery was imminent (again after me calling in, I gave them my business address for delivery)
- I was assured that I would receive "courtesy" SMS when parcel has left warehouse. Never such SMS did I receive.
- parcel still went to the wrong address!!
- upon receiving the phone, it was in a worse state than when I first sent it in. Buttons would not work that previously did etc (I would love to know what testing is performed if any)
- sent the phone back in
- again days later, after ringing in for them to expedite the re-repair, they still had not opened my parcel. Over the phone I had to describe the colour of the package (since they seemed unable or unwilling to read labels??)
- usual several phone calls to check on phone repair status
- 2 weeks later phone sent back (again to the wrong address and NO SMS saying parcel has been sent).
What else can I say .. but never ever again will I use fonebiz!! Nor do I recommend others the pain and misfortune of doing so.
