I ordered a replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop from Fox Battery because I thought they were an Australian site - they are not! After placing my order I got an initial order confirmation email. Then a week later I heard nothing.... no package notifications or tracking. I attempted to log into my account on their website and found that they had vanished off the face of the earth - no website, no email, nothing....
Do NOT order from this company. They took my money and then disappeared.

Never use this website - since ordering they have hacked my Instagram, Facebook & email.

The website claims to be located in Australia, they claim your products will arrive in 4 business days.
This company is getting reported to the ACCC.

I've waited over 5 weeks and there is no sign of my battery arriving. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT BASED IN AUSTRALIA.

This company is NOT based in Australia if my experience with them is anything to go by.
Delivery of my batteries was very slow, over three weeks. They were supposed to be in stock. Maybe in stock in China but apparently not in Australia.
No tracking info provided and my attempts to communicate with them went unanswered. Both email and phone (to a Chinese number). Phone just timed out without ever being answered.
