Failed to return phone calls.
Incorrect settlement statement - had to be corrected by client.
Failed to deduct agent fees until corrected by client.
Failed to deposit funds to correct account.
Didn’t know until advised by client.
Tried to say that if they had known another settlement was pending they would have done something different - it was not my fault!
Incompetent, lacking professionalism and blame being busy, working from home and anything else but taking responsibility for their own ineptitude.
Don’t trust or use them.

Equally they have been able to jump right in and assist when someone has bought at auction with nothing prepared beforehand!
They are great communicators and always let me know how the deal is going and follow up the other side to make sure that all deadlines are met. At time of writing I have a deal underway with them which is about the best recommendation I can make!

I have used Francis & Torrens in the past for conveyancing. They provided an affordable service which was professional and efficient. They always returned my telephone calls which is important when you are selling/buying a property and have a million questions.
