Francis & Torrens have provided Conveyancing Services to myself, family and friends buying and selling since our first deal with them in 1989. They are very knowledgeable and have assisted in many ways over the years including helpful information even when I have not had a deal underway. They are happy to 'value add' as part of their business and when I have referred young first time buyers to them they have shown remarkable patience sometimes months out from the deal providing information and assistance to the customer to prepare thoroughly before buying. Equally they have been able to jump right in and assist when someone has bought at auction with nothing prepared beforehand!
They are great communicators and always let me know how the deal is going and follow up the other side to make sure that all deadlines are met. At time of writing I have a deal underway with them which is about the best recommendation I can make!
