Purchased a facia kit according to photo on website never got the one according to photo sent it back same day and was not offered any type of replacement or alternative..
This was my second and last purchase from Frankie’s and will not be recommending them 20 % restocking and shipping.
I will not recommend them to anybody

I live in a regional area, I called Frankies upon finding them via Google, to discuss a new head unit for my vehicle. I explained I needed it only to connect via USB to my Apple phone to play music, and to listen to radio. I was recommended a specific Pioneer unit. I purchased the unit and had it installed at a local auto electrician. I was horrified to find out that the head unit didn't support Apple phones. After much back and forth I purchased a replacement head unit, but then Frankies changed their mind and refused to take back the original which they'd wrongly recommended. It's been the worst customer experience of my life, I'll never go back and would encourage others to avoid them.

These people install the incorrect USB to lightening cable in car sound systems. Then deny it, become intimidating and rude because they know they are breaking the law.

i have absolutely no idea about audio, and how to set it up. i have been here, and had everything explained and done for me with ease. an absolutely excellent store.

Frankies is one of the absolute best car audio stores. All prices are negotiable, and the staff are excellent. The frequent sales are amazing too, always a bargain to find.

This is a great business, they not only do electrical work they sell the ultimate solution for all your in car entertainment & security needs. It's worth just going to brouse around all their stock they have everything that's available in the car entertainment business.
