Campbell McNaughton's service team at this dealership is without fault. I have many years experience of taking my car there for regular service. Inbetween I drove long distances interstate and could always rely on my vehicle performing well. This service team is thorough, efficient, courteous, kind.

l did a review with my experience last year with toyota frankston which was a bad experience. l never want to go through that again. l went to another car yard and almost bought a car but something was telling me not to sign. l found out later that the the same person who owns frankston toyota also owns volkswagen which has just opened l am now glad l didnot sign . l would like to say a big thank you to subaru for putting me on the right track l have not looked back since.

I mistakenly purchased a used car from this dealer. The salesman was extremely pushy and at times, arrogant, because I wasn't quick enough to make up my mind to purchase. The after sales service was very poor. I ultimately voided my used car warranty due to taken it to a mechanic that I trusted. Never would I consider going back to buy another car from here

Approximate cost: $10000

l went in to buy a brand new toyota yarris 2010 the manage sold me last years model instead but never stated this at the time. l found this out out three days later. l should of taken a male with me so that they did,not take advantage the fact that l was a women. l know this for a fact as l sent my husband down there to get a price on the same car but this years he got a cheaper price without even haggling the price down.

I hope that Toyota reads these reviews. I would love to hear what they have to say in response. I am a great believer in naming and shaming. Shame Toyota, shame. At the end of the day, I don't beleive that toyota will change their ways. They are out to make money - no matter what!!

Careful if you buy a second-hand car. What is promised at the point of sale is, in my experience, unlikely to be delivered. You will spend a few weeks chasing and being promised all is ok. Finally, the promise will be deined and the company will claim you received what you saw and nothing else was promised!!!

funny you should have the same experience as l had recently bought a new car from frankston toyota the same thing happened.

I ahad the same experience. I advise anyone that I know that is searching for a used car not to go here

This rating is for their service department, I didn't buy my Toyota from them but have it serviced regularly there. They are easy to do business with, have an express service (done in one hour) and the car comes back nice and clean.

Approximate cost: $250

you one of the luckie one's

You were lucky. Don't trust their after-sales service!!!. Try buying a used car here and see what happens. Last year they were voted "dealer of the Year". I bet that this did not come from public (buyer's) votes. Toyota Frankston are the type of dealers that are typical of the stigma "Car salesmen - you cannot trust them"
