I cannot rate Freedom dental highly enough! The staff in both the front office & treatment areas are exceptional and have catered to my every need with no hesitation or fuss. Make sure you try the Zen room if you have some time on your hands!
Both my husband & I have had fillings, cleans & higher level orthodontic reviews at Freedom and have had no dramas at all - all the staff make efforts to know our names & preferences and will happily answer every question and explain all processes. I am a nervous patient but Dr John & his team have held my hand through everything and made my life much easier by taking extra time where necessary to ensure my comfort.

Service is excellent, the place is awesome. They provide you with a blanket if your feel cold inside. They are all friendly and attentive. I've been looking for great dentist and after reading some reviews online I come up with the choice and it was indeed a great experience!

- Front Office ladies were fantastic and genuine
- Price reasonable (paid $250 for to get his tooth fixed)
- My nervous husband put very at ease with the environment - no dental smells. Very warm, relaxing.

I had a dental check-up the other day at freedom dental, I was a bit scared going in because I haven't had a check-up in forever, but I found the atmosphere really relaxing and pleasant, There was soothing music playing in the background the decor reminded me of a soothing beach.

The staffs professionalism immediately put me at ease, Dr Rangoli explained what she was doing and why, and the entire session was over in a jiffy and I have to admit the entire experience was a positive one.

I found that the atmosphere at the practice was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep in the chair. Everybody was all smiles and explanations, the staff translated what the medical stuff meant in real terms, which admittedly amounted to floss more !

On the whole I'd give this place a good review because they made what could've been a harsh and scary situation peaceful and relaxing, all the while being informative and professional.

I have been impressed by all aspects of this Dental Practice. The Dental staff are friendly, helpful and immaculate in their presentation. Dr John is the most professional, caring and considerate dentist I have ever met. He assesses your total dental needs - his work is exceptional (and quick) and costs are very competitive. The Dentist is now a pleasant experience!

If you're looking for a kind and patient team of dentists that are experts at handling nervous patients, look no further. Set out more like a day spa than your average dentist, I've gotten several treatments ( root canal, filling and tooth removal) as well as Invisaligns and every dentist I have seen has been so friendly and attentive. There's also a TV to watch during your treatments, blankets if you get cold and colognes for freshening up afterwards!

I came here after reading WOMO reviews and must say I was not disappointed. Service is excellent and the place is like a 5 star hotel. The only thing I didn't like is the turnover of the dentists, I have had 4 diff dentists looked after me in the last 5 times I went and I much prefer consistency although all of them were great dentists. They were all friendly, attentive & professional.

Never a fan of dentists, harking back to when I was young, but am glad I found Dr John. Recommended to me by my son who said Dr John was the only dentist to sort out his longstanding dental problems of sensitive teeth/grinding. Dr John lives up to all expectations. He's so kind and considerate to a nervous patient and I don't dread dental appts like in the past. He realises we all want things to be as pain-free as possible and works to that end. A nice, friendly health-professional and he's surrounded by friendly staff.

I was amaized from the start till the finish. I went for my other dental issues and as I mentioned before I was so impressed with all aspect of the treatment and I am recommending you to everyone I know. Thank you very much
