I am 41 years old and petrified of dentists.I avoided going to the dentist in the past till the point where it became a very bad situation for me and my pain was intolerable.A family friend of mine suggested doctor john and his team to me so i gave them a go.The service was exceptional.I got an appointment the next day,they explained everything to me in the consultation room before they started any work,and doctor Tina was so patient and gentle and was explaining every step she wasw doing during my clean up and major filling the next day.If i needed to stop for any reason she allowed me to put my hand up and she would stop.From avoiding dentists i cant wait till my next visit for my checkup.
All the staff are great and their prices are very reasonable.

I am traveling / working and found Freedom Dental on womo. At first I was just a touch skeptical about all the great reviews but I have to say it is incredible. It is by far the best dental place I have ever been. It was like a spa and I had Dr. Alice who was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. If I was a dentist I would want to work there.
Really it was a great place and I thought my bill was going to off the wall expensive but it was very affordable.
I had a root canal done by my dentist in Pennsylvania but still had some pain so I went to Freedom. They did an xray and examination with a camera to get a good look at some irritation that had developed. The diagnosis was spot on and everything has resolved. I'm thankful for that because I was a little worried.
I highly recommend this place to anyone.
When I was leaving they also gave me a really nice welcome bag with many goodies and the reception / office managing staff were incredibly friendly.

We really can't thank everyone enough for the level of service and professionalism we received yesterday. I can honestly say that our experience was 100% positive and coming from someone with an extreme fear of dentists, that is definitely very high praise. From helping to entertain our little girl with toys and games for quite a few hours, topping up the parking meter during our appointment and fitting my partner in for an exam and clean at the last minute, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely team members that we met. Dr Alice was so calming and very understanding, and Dr Hogan is exceptional with his ability to turn a potentially terrifying tooth extraction procedure into something that felt more like a chat with an old friend. I was almost in tears before having two teeth pulled out because of my extreme dental phobia, and Dr Hogan literally turned that around in minutes. I cannot thank him enough for that. Our two year old is still talking about the "ladies at the dentist" and carrying her Barbie toothbrushes everywhere. Thank you so much Freedom Dental for completely changing the whole experience of a visit to the dentist into something positive. Freedom Dental are setting a whole new standard for dental care in my opinion. As a family, we have now found our long term dental practice and we look forward to many more positive experiences. I am no longer dreading my next appointment for two more extractions and some more fillings in two weeks time.

From the second you walk in you are greeted by genuine, gorgeously smiling professional Smile Angels who are all a walking advertisement for the quality of your work. They ensure you are there with plenty of time to relax and have a cup of the day's delicious herbal tea from the beautiful candle teapot warmer (one of my favourite things!). The lighting, décor and aromatherapy scents all have you feeling calm and at home. Even filling out paperwork was less of a hassle than it ever has been before. Paperwork is fun when you are choosing a movie to watch!

The Angels then take you through (giving you the tour which includes lovely bathrooms with perfumes to freshen up after you treatment!) and the whole process is clearly explained. There is plenty of time and opportunity to ask any questions, and as a normally nervous patient I was feeling totally supported and only excitement rather than anxiety!

Pictures were taken of my teeth pre whitening, and the staff really went the extra mile to make sure the best whitening results possible, giving my teeth a good clean first. The whitening treatment itself was really easy and relaxing as I laid back watching Sex and the City, with my gorgeous Smile Angel there the whole time in case I needed anything. It was almost over too quickly, I was really enjoying the episode! And then, comparing the colour of my teeth pre and post whitening was so exciting! The result was absolutely stunning, and I can't stop smiling.

I'm now feeling super confident for my Mrs Australia Globe finals and will be able to wow the judges and audience alike with my irrepressible sparkling smile! The best thing is, this will now be a permanent improvement and huge confidence booster from here on in. I have had a steady stream of compliments from impressed friends and family who are all asking if they can visit your practice from all over the country!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist! but i am glad that i had found a practice that is very friendly and looks after you. I have been to see two different dentists there, with my last visit being with Michelle, who was very friendly and happy to explain how the treatments she was giving me work etc. I was also given a treatment plan which made me feel very comfortable with the experience and happy to return(and not delay like i normally would) for further treatment when required

Very professional & friendly staff! Really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! Its not a traditional dentist in the way that I felt like I was at a day spa. With lovely couches & candles. Carpeted throughout, except for the examination room of course. I am not longer afraid of the dentist! Would def recommend this dentist to others! I

For a dentist it was a very serene setting. I felt like I was at a day spa The staff came across as being very caring. I appreciated the phone call several days after the procedure making sure all was well. The price was actually cheaper than ones that were suggested by my health fund. It is a very professional business. Changing my dentist. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

I took my two sons, aged six and four, for a check-up early one morning in June. Their previous experiences at Albert Square have been positive, and as such, there is no fear present when it comes time to go there. During this check however, it became apparent that my eldest son had a cavity. The staff presented me with what options we had, and we moved forward with filling it on the spot. My son (not the bravest of soldiers when it comes to pain!), did not cope well with the injection and the remainder of the consultation was difficult for him. To their credit, the staff filled the cavity and maintained their cool nicely, whilst continuing to reassure him and explain exactly what they were doing. When I got out to my car, I discovered a parking fine for $60 (the visit had taken longer than expected). I called the clinic later that day, asking them for a letter to verify that the consultation had taken longer, as I was going to contest the fine. To my absolute surprise, they insisted that I send the fine to them, and that they would take care of it for me! ON top of that, they insisted that in future visits, I leave my keys with the receptionist, who will top up the meter if need be. I was simply amazed at this level of customer care!! The following week I also received a follow up phone call from the clinic to check how my son's filling was and whether he had 'recovered' from the visit. I was delighted to be able to inform them that he had turned the experience into a tale of how brave he'd been (?!), complete with drawings which he was showing all his friends and teacher. That we were both able to walk away from a visit to the dentist, complete with his first needle/filling, feeling so positive is a testament to the outstanding level of care that Albert Square provides. I can not recommend them highly enough!!!!!!
