we bought one of all in one machine for a buisness after installation we started having all sorts of problems we contact thier support so many times and they couldnt help at the end they told us the A4 size of this printer is american version which is different to the australian version of A4 so each time we wanted to pring we had to change the settings to american so imagine doing that when you have around 200 invoices to print and that didnt even solve the problem the machine costs was around $1200 and im glad they finally agreed to refund

Product was a Xerox phaser 8560 printer. originally had a 8400. The 8400 lasted just outside the warranty period. The 8650 died after 4months. The equipemt quality was excellent. My complaint was the service for which Xerox was next to useless. They actually outsource the service, and that is another story. It took too long, 4weeks to repair and xereox lacked understanding to customer needs. parts not available in Australia. Disappointing company to deal with.

Well, I bit the bullet and bought myself a Xerox laser printer 4 weeks ago on the advice that Xerox have great quality and service. This may be true generally, but not for me. I am a Mac user and I recently upgraded to OSX 10.5 and apparently this isn't compatible with my new laser printer. So I rang Xerox and asked for help. The response was to downgrade my computer! and if I didn't wish to do that then 'sorry' you've wasted your money....
OK, I've had an update to this drama. I sent Xerox an angry email and they got back to me 2 days later. It seems the fellow I spoke to gave me 'incorrect' information and they gave me instructions on how to download a driver. The website wouldn't allow me to do this and so I sent a reply to which they responded by emailing me the driver and it has solved the problem. Hooray!!!!!!
