Hi Leigh and thank you so much for your sincere comments. I don't think you will ever forget your move out of Sydney - your car broke down on the way and everything! At least your Removal crew stood by you until the end and we even came back shortly after to remove all your packing supplies. I am sure that you could have got a cheaper Removalist but you needed a HUGE truck and instead of doing it over one huge, painful day we were able to begin loading the truck the day before which helped everyone concerned! I hope you enjoy your new area and that you and the kids feel at home within that wonderful house as soon as possible! Thanks again.

Your move was quoted for 2 men to accomplish in around 7 hours - as you know, we were quiet on the day of your move so we were able to utilise 4 moving professionals just to speed things up and I'm glad we did! Your move wasn't particularly hard but as soon as more than one destination address is needed, the quote can very quickly become inaccurate, which is what happened on your move. It took 4 men working professionally for nearly 8 hours in total to accomplish your move but the main thing is that our Quote is our Word. We look forward to moving you back in under a year and we trust that you will again employ our services because in a Service Industry like Furniture Removals, we MUST adhere to ALL that we say in relation to factors such as price, care to be taken and packing undertaken prior to moving day. At the end of the day, you were moved professionally and we look forward to hearing back from you in the near future when you are both ready to go through all the 'fun' again!

I am pleased that your move went perfectly and thank you also for noting that we are very competitive on price - AFRA (Australian Furniture Removers Association) Accreditation means the utmost in quality and service is GUARANTEED on every move we undertake but such professionalism need not cost more than you would expect. Ironically, using an Accredited Member can actually cost you less than cheaper operators because we follow a systematic approach and minimise damages, whereas the cheaper operator simply works slower to 'earn' more for their day and, of course, damages to building and items are prevalent and Insurance is simply a topic talked about rather than an actual Policy left with the Client/s and implemented into their Quotation.

Thank you for your prompt and polite words Lauren! We will remember your move for quite a while because, as you said, it went FROM Bad Access TO Worse Access (!). Combined with Settlement Delays and narrow doorways, it had all the ingredients for an evil day..... Thankfully we had the weather on our side and all went flawlessly!

The most important thing with your move was having us call around beforehand and being honest with the access and what you wanted us to do. This allowed us to bring extra men on the day, a ute and mentally prepare our team before arrival. That is, we knew what to expect and had the team and tools to conquer it! I cannot stress enough the importance of a pre-move inspection. We don't charge for it but it lets the client see us in person before putting their faith in us and it allows us to see what we need to do and bring on the day. It removes all the guesswork and is much more professional than turning up on the day and wishing we had, say, 4 more Port-A-Robes or a smaller truck. Well done Lauren - flawless preparation and packing led us to a flawless result!! In saying that, we hope you stay in your new house for a long time and even then that you lose our number in case you move out one day - just joking! Again, it would be our pleasure so long as we can work it all out beforehand.

Hello Judy - I am very impressed with how quick you are at getting out your pleasant words about our Service. You said you would write some comments about your recent move and that went so well because you also said that you were going to have everything well packed - which you did! As I said at the time, building a house is only as good as its foundations - the foundation for a move is the pack, which you did splendidly and made our job as easy as it could be. Yes, the access was a little trying and yes, we brought some things upstairs that you then said to please take back down but it really was a pleasure to look after you on your special day!
