This is the most horrible experience in my life. Three staff refused to help or even take a look at my injured kid because they were about to finish and close in 45 mins although they didn't have any patients. None of them showed any concerns or provided any advice because we didn't book in and they were about to close in "45 mins". One of them who was not doctor/nurse even diagnosed, "your kid is fine, he didn't pass out and he can breathe." She hadn't even seen my kid's big cut but diagnosed my kid was fine.
I was so shocked that they just watched a crying mother and an injured kid to walk away from their clinic.

I booked an 8.00a.m today for my son, because my son school start at 8.45a.m, if there is no emergency patient in front of my first appointment, I can make it in time to School. So, I called the centre at 7.30a.m just want to confirm that I am still having the first appointment because when you ask for a first appointment, it could be an emergency appointment before mine and they won't call and tell you.

I was just being organised and be prepared if there was an emergency booked in before mine, then I will have to call/email school teacher on my side here . But, when I was in the centre, checked with the [redacted due to personal identifier] to see whether the doctor is already there, because some doctors might be there early and they able to see patient earlier than the scheduled appointment, the [redacted due to personal identifier] was not happy and straight away insulted me that I should not call in the morning to check. I was just being organised ??????????

The doctors are all very nice so it such a shame that they have such a [redacted due to personal identifier] there.

Hello!!!!! you have placed sign everywhere around the counter advising patient to be courteous to staff member, but please reflect it on yourself. I have asked politely over the phone and at the counter.

Although the wait times can be a bit long, it is deffiently worth the service! They are confidently located for me and when I was in my appointment I felt like I was listened to and my needs were fulfilled! They even bulk bill! Proffessional and friendly service. I only gave 4 stars as I would love them to fun on time!

Not good. They want to do their job and finish quick. Not really care for patients in details. I would like to have a better doctor, not a 5 mins doctor appointment.

I use to go to this surgery but got frustrated because it was always so hard to get an appointment and when I did they were never running on time. There was many a time I was sitting in that waiting room for more than half an hour. Sure they are convenient because they are right in the shopping centre and the chemist is right next door but when you are sick the last thing you want to do is sit all day in a waiting room.

Great doctors and very friendly and helpful staff. The wait time is usually long, but worth the service. It is great to have a bulk billing service open 7 days and public holidays. Will let other know of this good service

Made an appointment the day before and the staff I dealt with over the phone were very helpful. I was sat in the waiting room for almost an hour though. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and wasn't trying to rush me out of the room like you usually get at a bulk-billing doctor. Would definately go back, only on a day off though...

convenient location and easy to find. the staff were able to get me an appointment the same day and the doctor was friendly and helpful. a small waiting time after my appointment time was had, but not enough to complain about

Very convienient as they are based in the westfield shopping centre, I go there when my other doctors are full or if i need to do some shopping, always busy, waiting time can be a pain, waited almost an hour for my appointment before.
However, they do bulk bill, doctor's are ok.
