Great company, Gastek. Prompt service and excellent staff (Josh) helped us in the depths of winter when our heating died. They did all that they said they would do, the whole process was painless (and warming in both senses) for us.

While replacing the cooling unit they damaged 4 tiles on the roof and didn't even mentioned it so after a first rain I had a leakage in the house. When I checked the roof only then I realized what happened. Contacted them but they were not interested. Paid a lot of money for a lousy patchy work. Never again.

I gave them a call when there were issues with my evaporative cooling (the fan speed was not able to be controlled) and they came out the next day to have a look. The technician was competent and troubleshooted the issue on the spot.
