As she was drying off, I noticed a lot af broken hairs. I pointed this out no apology. I asked her to write this down on my records.

First time I've had a cut and colour there. Friendly, fun and very talented staff. And price is also very reasonable. I will be back.

After walking past this hairdresser for many years, I decided to finally go for a trim, nothing special, I was in need of some layering. I didn't think that it would be a difficult thing to do, but apparently I was wrong. The only difference was that my hair was shorter than when I went in.

She seemed to be in a hurry, I guess it was approaching lunchtime. It was not busy at the time, I suppose she wasn't in the mood to do an easy cut. Will not be returning.

I've been going here on and off for many years and I've found that they can be a bit "hit-and-miss". They're great with their foil colours (especially blondes) and cuts but sometimes I have found that, even when I bring in photos of what I want to look like, I end up looking COMPLETELY different. I had my formal hair and makeup done here and I was horrified. I looked nothing like what I wanted to look like. Same went for my latest visit. I asked to be "as light gold-brown as possible". I am now chocolate brown with the slightest hint of red. I also asked for my hair ends to be "jagged" (uneven) and not "choppy" but my hair still looks like it has been cut to one length. I've given these guys many chances and I think I've finally decided to go somewhere else. Recommendations would be appreciated.

I used to go here years ago and went again recently. Always do a good colour job on my hair. I've had many hairdressers make a terrible mess of it at times. Very friendly and convenient location.
