As soon as I entered this salon I was welcomed by smiling women's faces.
Ask me what I wanted and said they could do it then and there for me!.
We're not overly rough when using the equipment and we're making conversation with me and all round very friendly! I would definatly recommend this place and if I was local this would be my regular nail salon!

Good circulation which i found good. Very busy place. Good prices. There is room for improvement in the business. However i would still recommend them as i had a lovely manicure done and lovely light brown nail polish put on and i felt like a queen there.

I used this company between 2008-2009.
The language barrier is terrible, you have a hard time understanding them, and they often sit there talking in Mandarin amongst themselves, they also swap clients, so having something as simple as infills, I've had three people work on me, the worst time that they've done this was when I was having acrylics put on for the first time, the men swapped off when I was having my actual nail sanded to hold the acrylic better, my nails ended up extremely thin (to the point that when it started growing with the acrylic off there was a noticeable difference in the thickness) and with the moon crescent shape at the bottom, that is actually a burn and a sign of bad damage to your nails (the day afterwards my fingertips were extremely sore and the cuticles badly cut) . I didn't go back after that for a year, when I came back the men were not there and I asked if they had swapped owners, the woman told me yes they had, this was a lie, it turned out the older man was her husband as he was around a couple of times after that, and had no problem in picking his nose in front of everybody. Overall, the store is unhygienic (they actually had a puppy running around once.) and for the price you'll be paying ($40 to have acrylics put on, $20 to have infills, plus the loyalty card that gives you $5 off every fifth time you go if I remember correctly) It is not worth it for the money because they give you incorrect change (this happened more than once) and what you will pay to get you nails back into a decent condition, It's honestly like one of the nail salons we've all seen at one time or another on the current affair shows.

Began using this business about 3 months ago - ask for gel & get gel, infills done in reasonable time, not sighted a "Male" on the premises at all. Options for decorative nails seem endless....and for reasonable extra amount. Loyalty card offered ( 5 visits = $5 off). Having had my nails done, continuously over 5 years now ( both acrylic & gel), would recommend as cheap and efficient.

I have been to this nail place for about 1 year. The full set of gel nails I got are fantastic!! The salon was neat and clean, and the technicians -although abit hard to understand-were polite and friendly. My nails were completed to my satisfaction and can last up to 5-6weeks without a refil. Although the technicians don't have the vaccum style work stations, the front door of the salon was always open, and fresh air circulating. One of the best priced nail salons in geelong and service and skill were very good.

I initially liked that this business was near where I lived and they seemed to undercut their competitors, price-wise. Over time I learned just how bad this salon is. The nail techician's husband and another male often observe as she teaches them the trade. The husband thinks nothing of picking his nose for a good minute or two and then touching clients hands or feet as he 'preps' them while his wife finishes with a client. I had to put my foot down and ask that he not work on me at all which didn't make his wife happy. I also learned that they lied to me from day 1 saying I was getting gel nails when in fact they were always giving me acrylic. They also 'sanded down' my nails so much with some electric equipment, so much so that my nail beds have 'rings' in them which are actually burns I was told. Every time I went back for infills my nails looked quite horrendous...with splits and chipping of the enamel. Nails were never infilled properly either. They don't use tables that have a 'vacuum' system to suck away all the fine, powdery nail residue that flies about. The nail technician has a face mask but you are left to breathe in whatever flies off or around your nails. There is a huge language barrier here. Hard to understand the staff and they have trouble understanding you too. I often felt rushed out when the lady was running behind and clients came in and were waiting. I noticed obvious shortcuts during those times.
