rang up for appointment and told them i had some pain.made app for 2 days time but later that afternoon i received a phone call from them as someone had cancelled their appointment,so i went in and staff were friendly who explained what i needed doing and costs etc.

got an urgent appointment here,the staff were very friendly and helped me to feel comfortable.after pulling 2 wisdom teeth,i felt so much better and so relieved.was not over expensive and i had an option of payment plans but i gave them the money asap.

gentle dental is convenient as it is open day and night, as well as being near a major shopping centre. Just had a xray, filling and cleaning done and the job was done satisfactory and the total price was a bit above the industry average, but in saying that, they are friendly, do a good job, are a modern premises and not a dingy dentist surgery at all.
I dont mind paying for a service when I am happy with the process and the outcome.

Can't say i have ever been more pleased when visiting a Dentist. I recently moved to liverpool and needed a new dentist. Gentle Dental Care is a cut above any other dental practice i have ever seen. Great proffesional fit out. Freindly staff and quality service. I definately felt very comfortable being there. The best thing is that they are very flexible with customer payments. I needed a rahter expensive procedure which i never would have went through with if GDC wasn't so flexible. I've just about payed off my dental bill. Thanks for the great work :)

Fantastic. Having had a bad experience with previous dentists I was hesitant to try them. I was recommended by my hairdresser and have not looked back. They have gained 5 patients and all of us are extremely happy.

i took my daughter to have a filling and they were great they were so good at keeping her calm and making the experience much easier for her i will be sticking with them in the future for sure

I found Gentle Dental on the web after much searching. After years and years of neglect my teeth had deteriorated to the point where they looked awful and I had multiple cavities, cracks and they were badly discoloured. I thought it would be a long, expensive and painful process and as I am terrified of the dentist, I was dreading the experience. Although I live in the eastern suburbs - it was worth the drive. After 4 visits all under IV sedation all the work was completed with no pain, in-fact I have no recollection of any of the work. Just waking up - job done. Even better the sedation fees were mostly covered by Medicare. I have found the staff to be friendly and efficient at all times and my teeth are looking great. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Look they aren't cheap but they do provide the full service - including laughing gas for those scared of the dentist!!! The staff and dentists are friendly and I always feel confident that I will leave having undergone the minimum amount of pain.
