We had a virus on our PC which meant we could not use the PC at all. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the final price matched the quote to the dollar. The service we received exceeded our expectations & we had our PC back in the time it was promised. All of our data was saved. My laptop had locked up so I took it in to Gigandabit to see if they could help. They asked for a week to fix it and they delivered as promised. They had to replace my hard drive, and were able to retrieve everything from my old hard drive. I found them very honest and helpful, and would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
