Ginga is so conveniently located, it would be hard to say a bad word about it even if the food sucked...but thankfully it doesn't! It is priced a little high, but the portion sizes are decent and they offer a good variety of dishes to keep everyone happy. The staff are friendly and the food came out relatively quickly after ordering.

The quality of the food here is great and the atmosphere is authentic. Location is fabulous and although the pricing is not in the bargain range it is what you expect from restaurants in this precinct. I love the cold soba noodles!

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and it's quite good. I'm a huge fan of Japanese food and the meals have always been fresh and tasty. My favourite there is their gyoza's and they are pretty reasonably priced. I think what I like best about this restaurant though it's the atmosphere. It's right in the Southbank dining precinct which always is a little hive of activity but the layout of the restaurant is quite cool too. They have little booth areas where you sit on the ground which feels really unique. Make sure you get them to validate your parking too if you park in the southbank carpark.

Decent Japanese food for a slightly above value price in my opinion. I still eat here but there is definitely better out there. The tempura vegetables is decent as is the udon and bento boxes but nothing outstanding in my opinion.

I've been to many Japanese restaurant, and this is my top 5. Their gyoza is so thin and crispy. Very tasty teriyaki too.

I have been to this place soooooo many times. Food is amazing, service is great and price is pretty good. They do some good lunch deals and their sit down dinner area is beautiful.

Love this sushi place. its always the deciding place when we go to the movies next door. has great gelato to finish the meal.. great gyoza too

I love the gyoza and the sushi is always fresh and delicious a great little spot to sit and grab a snack and some green tea.

This is our regular go-to Japanese joint for when we crave fast, reliable meals. The sushi is always fresh, and it's nice to sit down over a cheap beer and enjoy a quiet lunch.

Great Japanese food. Service is excellent and food comes out so quickly. Try the teriyaki chicken bento box it's yum!
