Okay so i was definalty disappointed when i discovered that joining this fund for comprehensive car insurance had been a big mistake. When trying to make a claim through this company after an accident which was not my fault i was led in circles. I called the hotline 3 times attempting to make a claim and was told 3 different stories so i approached the Hurstville branch in Sydney to speak to a customer service rep and was told they deal only over the telphone not face to face, i am still waiting to hear back from the last rep i spoke with.Grrr

Easy to deal with when making a claim or when after basic information. I have found their premiums to be competitive. I was disappointed in a large increase for my premium, but after some ringing around they were happy to match my best price.

Staff are usually very helpful. I was impressed with their customer care.
