I highly recommend this clinic to everyone I see Dr Newton one of the nicest doctors I have ever met he understands my complex medical issues and is helping me. The reception staff are polite efficient a pleasure to deal with .
Really busy clinic - very hard to get an appointment and very very hard to get one quickly. This is hard cause a few times I've needed to see a doctor asap and haven't gotten an appointment for 4-5 days.
Very nice place - modern and clean.
The reception staff vary from lovely and helpful to slightly rude, just depends who's working that day.
Some doctors bulk bill others dont. The doctors and nurses are usually consistant and good.

Thank you for your feedback - I realise your post is from a while ago. We currently have 18 GPs at the clinic and whilst a preferred GP may not have vacancy at short notice, we always have GPs with unbooked appointments available on the day when you need more urgent care. We also have a team of nurses working with a GP in the mornings to ensure you don't need to wait to receive medical care.
We are also the only GP clinic in the Macedon Ranges area to offer extended hours of service on Sundays - until 3pm.
All the doctors, nurses and staff here are great and the facilities are fantastic. When first moving to Gisborne we thought we would have to travel miles for a good doctor or for any medical tests. We were really impressed to find so many services available in this one clinic. They do just about everything and with usually no waiting period. Highly recommended.
