I urgently needed to have some very minor work done on my car (to avoid getting pulled over by the police). I was not able to do the work myself due to lack of parts and lack of knowledge.

I took the car to GWH and explained what was required - for them, it was a 5 minute job (literally). I ended up waiting for 90 minutes and getting charged $35 for labour for the 5 minutes work.

The person who "assisted" me in getting the car booked in was surly and offered no smiles or warmth during our interaction. I wasn't made to feel like a welcome customer.

The quality of the work can't be graded. Given what had to be done, it either worked or it didn't. The problem was fixed.

For companies who should rely on customer service, this one falls well short of the mark.
