We went there to try out a particular model of car seat. We had done some research on this type of car seat. The model didn't exactly fit our car. They tried selling a much more expensive car seat to us, which we said we had to research before buying. Then the negativity and rudeness doubled and they passed on very rude comments. The lady passed on a very rude remark.
The whole experience was horrendous. We will never go back to the store and will be sharing our experience with other friends.
They might be cheap, so are their service and attitude. If you do your research, you can surely find products at their price and get better service. In this day and age everyone does price matching.

For me, this is a great store. Prices are the best, they have a wide range of products and are knowledgeable about them. After researching the products we needed, these guys always had the best price. Service is great, they will carry things out to the car, even if it's parked down the street or across the road. Good with the kids, helpful although forthright. Which some people obviously see as being pushy. Just know what you need and stick to it.

We had a great experience here. They stocked a wider range of brands than some of the larger stores, with comparable and even competitive prices. When we bought our top of the range carseat, they had accidently advertised it at the price of the next model down (which was a significant drop), but honoured their mistake and gave it to us at the discounted price. In addition to that, we got a discount for purchasing multiple items and they allowed us to put the items on layby. Parking was difficult and rather incovenient.

Upfront I can tell you we are one of many new parents that have come been very disappointed with the service in this store. Too many of our friends and family have told us various stories about the troubles they have had with the proprietors of the store when it comes to returning goods, pushy selling tactics, etc.

We only go there now to get ideas and then up going elsewhere to buy.

I would suggest Baby Time in Hoppers Crossing as a much better place to purchase your baby products.

Oh dear. The well known adage about this store is you shop elsewhere but go there to buy. Unless you can have their prices matched. The store owners (husband and wife team) have pushyness down to an art. They up sell on all products and their advice at times has been quite out of touch with reality. They will beat any price you can get but will be very sneaky about getting you to purchase other products once they have you in store. My advice is to get a better price from them over the phone before going to the actual store.
