my favorite self storage facility. I was constantly looking for storage facility before until I found global self storage and tried their service. excellent facilities, never had a problem with my items and very good customer service. they take care of their customers very well - their staff are very kind, approachable and helpful - this is why i have been their loyal customer for more than 2yrs already!

we've been storing our stuff here for several years and have had a very positive experience. it's clean and well lit and accessible.
plus, a couple of really nice customer service things have happened to us recently: one is that i broke a glass table as i was trying to load it into my car and it literally crashed and broke into zillions of pieces. the janitor there was so nice and helped me clean it all up. he made me feel ok about the mess instead of bad about it.
then, we got a call from them saying that they were doing a routine inspection (it was the day after we'd been there), and that our lock was open. they asked us to call them. i did, and they told me they had bolted the lock for our security. i really appreciated them letting me know this.
they are professional and we have been pleased with our service there!

Additional moving items (matress protectors, dining chair covers, storage boxes with hanging capabilities) available for purchase. Very smooth process, reduced stress associated with moving!!! Would highly recommend.
