Unfortunately this shop doesn't look too appealing from the front - it has looked the same for the many years it has been in Springwood. However I recently decided to go inside for the first time and was surprised at the huge range of quality health and environmentally friendly products they have. Staff are friendly and knowledgable and there is a loyalty club for regular customers

This shop is crowded with goodies and a little overwhelming when you first go in. But the staff are helpful and I am now a regular customer with discount provided at the till. Great stock

I have to have gluten-free food and I find that this little shop has everything I need...and more! For such a small place they pack a lot of products and they have a resident qualified herbalist who can advise you in general and make you a remedy to suit your condition only for the cost of the remedy ( I really liked that). Very good value. This shop also offers discounted prices for members and frequent promotional offers.

Well, I can say that this place is good and the staff is supportive.
They haven't got the best prices for some products, but the staff there are professional, polite and are able to provide good service. Special ordered parts are usually deliver on time, they are doing pretty good job in follow up jobs.

This shop has a resonable supply of fresh and stock food for healthy living. The shop is very basic and could probably do with a re-vamp to make it more appealing, but it does meet the need of those who want alternative health products and supplies.
