I got a vacuum cleaner from there a while ago It was over heating took it back he sent it away and I got a new 1 no problem it was under warranty!!
I also purchased the extra dust collector that you put on the side and just empty every time well worth it
Heaps cheaper in the long run than re buying bags all the time or the annoying times when you go to get them and there isn't any for your model at the time
