Extremely unhappy and had a very unpleasant experience, I've called them and booked 3 weeks earlier to my shifting and provided all their required information completely at the day of move the movers have made additional charges and quoted.
It looks the booking team and the service provider are different and the booking team do not provide complete information to the service provider and everytime they always have issue with the client / customer at the time of removal.

Removalists were slow - sometimes one stood around whilst the other secured items in the truck. I have moved many times before and have experienced many different moving companies. They were not careful with my stuff and handled it roughly. The job got done eventually however I am unlikely to use them again or recommend them.

Had an extremely pleasant experience with Gold and cannot recommend them highly enough. They promptly responded to all my queries leading up to the move and coordinated with both condos (where I was moving out of and where I was moving in to) to ensure that the move would go smoothly. On the day itself, I was very impressed with how efficiently and professionally they packed our belongings. Everything was done in just a matter of minutes! Plus the movers were very friendly and knew what to do in all situations, even with some slightly complicated furniture. Thank you again Max and team for the help!

Fantastic and professional service. Removalists were polite, efficient, punctual and took great care with all the items. The fee was incredibly reasonable, I will definitely use this service again and I would recommend it to anyone looking to a move.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH GOLD REMOVALS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! We provided all the details about our property, we got a quote based on this info from them. We decided to book with them based on the price they said. However, the removal person charged $90 MORE. HELLO?? The reason was they weren't told that there were stairs in the property from the company. The removal person said they company will send us a detailed receipt soon (which is NEVER), and we can contact the company later. We have made 10000X times phone calls with the company for the month. They seemed very responsible and "helpful". They said they will come back with solution within 72 hours/by the end of the day/soon. We never heard back from them, and each time we have to call them back. THIS IS JUST GETTING TOO REDICULOUS. Is this some sort of scam? I am pretty sure this business practice has breached the business law. If you want to save a bit of money, we seriously recommend you not to book with them. You can pay a bit more to make your moving services less stressful! I am pretty sure all the good reviews are fake! BE AWARE!

After trying several other companies Gold's was the most reasonable and easy to contact. The men who came out worked really hard and fast even though we have 4 flights of stairs. Could not recommend them enough.
