We went there for yum cha on a Saturday afternoon. Food had hair and when we requested for the manager, the waitress ask us why. We told him about the issue and he said they will not charge us for that particular food, without even calling the manager. Other food were salty. Service was equally bad, we felt that there were rather slow in serving the food. Most surprisingly when we paid the bill they did not return us the bill & change until we requested for it. Will not go back there again

The decor was nice, the food was as expected, ok, try to be inventive but loose the true taste to chineses dishes, but was very disappointed with the $25 cake charge for bring in my own cake for my dad birthday - can not justify after already spent up to $800 in foods.

Approximate cost: $35

The environment of this restaurant is quite good and the food was good. However, the bill was expensive in the end. We have 8 people and we spent more that $600. The staff were not very helpful. Good thing is there are lots of parking spaces.

Approximate cost: $35

For some reason, the system substituted this restaurant for the one I was reviewing: The Flying Dragon Chinese Restaurant in Newman's Road, Templestowe.

Great atmosphere, nice tables and seats.....yum cha is good but not exceptional....to an expected standard. With many chinese restaurants, there needs to be an improvement in their english.

Horrible English with most the waiters, they did not really care what you are ordering if you don't speak chinese. We reserved our seats and they gave them out to thers, I will not really recommend this restaurant at all if their food is quite nice...

The restaurant and service people are very professional looking. The food is of good quality and is cheaper than other yum cha places. They also have 10% discount off on certain days for yum cha.
