Maybe we were there on a bad day, but having been told how good this Bakery is, we were keen to try it. They advertise (and charge for) a steak pie which turned out to be plain beef mince that wasn’t great and it gave me indigestion for hours after. My husband’s pasty wasn’t that good either. We each had a large doughnut - not too bad, but they were a tad greasy. Disappointing...

I would stop into this bakery many mornings for a coffee and then later a pastry when I was working in the area last year. Always delicious coffee and pastries and pleasant staff.

While walking around Goolwa, we passed this bakery and we could not resist buying some pies. Found a seat and really enjoyed eating in the fresh air. Old fashioned lunch for a day out and about. The pies were country style and tasty. Lots of other goodies available too.

Delicious... Just popped in to the Goolwa in Hayborough on the victor to port elliot rd. The pies are fantastic, full of meat with delicious buttery pastry. Yummy sausage rolls and pasties. Real homemade style. And then the donuts. The best Berliners, freckle and chocolate donuts. And cute cinnamon donut men. A must visit if your on the Fleurieu Peninsula!!

The pies at goolwa bakery are fantastic. They also have reduced products very cheap. The staff are very friendly. they also have a wide range of breads and rolls.

Fresh, wholesome bakery food. Great selection of pies, pasties and wraps and rolls. Freindly staff and an outdoor seating area. A must do when visiting Goolwa

The best bakery beautiful old fashioned pies and baked good always busy. I especially love the cinnamon gingerbread man don't forgot if your after something in particular for lunch you can phone them and they will put it aside for you.

Walking in the smells envelope you and you're instantly hungry even if you weren't. Great range of pies, pasties, pastries and sweets. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.

Goolwa Bakery sells great tasting food at a reasonable price. The quality is always consistent. The staff are very relaxed and friendly. Goolwa Bakery is a really nice place to buy lunch or a snack as takeaway or eat in.

great service, plus really good cheap daily specials. eat in service is very good and the food tastes wonderful. i think they have won awards for their pies etc. this is the place i love to eat at whenever i go to goolwa
