Cannot fault this company. Extremely professional and excellent service from start to finish. Air conditioner is perfect. Would have this company do the job again when needed.

They were very prompt with providing a quote, as well as their customer service after acceptance of quote. They also provided a date of installation and kept to that date and worked diligently and safely. Would recommend them.

Terrible customer service!!! Off-hand/rude receptionist and they will not give out installer's mobile numbers, so if there is a problem, or you need to contact the right person, the only number you can call is the office number. Leaves me with no confidence moving forward so I didn't go ahead with the installation. On a brighter note Clinton did his best with the quotation, but he is not backed up by a professional or organised team.

we appreciate the feedback so we can ensure to improve our services. if this is the job i am thinking i called you and discussed the issues which i agree are unsatisfactory however i believe it is now installed and you are happy with the installation.
the reason for not supplying installers, service technician or salesman phone numbers is actually to ensure better back up service as we have over 10,000 customers on our data base and once a customer has a mobile number they lock that in and do not call the office in future. we have found this interrupts there work which can lead to mistakes and also slows their day.
NORMALLY when you call the office we do respond relatively well however this year with over 30% growth we have let down a couple of customers. we are now moving to a factory twice the size and taking on extra staff to handle the work load.
on that note with the busy summer we did have an extreme workload and again some of our staff were exhausted and we have had several meetings and discussed phone manner.

Very dissatisfied with the disrespectful attitude displayed towards us today. We are reasonable people and understand that problems can occur but would appreciate a phone call asap to let us know. However, to be left waiting in all day for installers who told us they would be arriving between 11 and 1pm is not good enough. 2 phone calls were made by us to check on status via a very offhand receptionist who said she would message the technician but didn't. Final call to them at 3pm to then be told by way of a lukewarm apology from [redacted name] that they wouldn't be coming today and the earliest they can do is next Tuesday. Poor service all round. Listening to the advert telling us how wonderful they are whilst chasing them down on this was particularly ironic.
We'll see what happens on Tuesday but will definitely be posting and putting round word of mouth reviews on the outcome.

my sincere apologies again, I believe I am the person who apologized and are the owner of the company. as in the previous review we did unfortunately let a couple of customers down with unsatisfactory service this year. Our entire industry across Australia was in overload this year with most manufacturers running out of air conditioners for weeks on end, this continued from December thru to the end of March and all our staff were totally exhausted from the massive workload.
We have taken steps in our systems and office staff levels to try and ensure we can handle larger volumes of work going into the future.
I hope you are now happy with your system and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, we will mail out to you every year from here to remind you of maintenance to ensure you have a good life out of your new unit which is part of the after sales service that we do normally pride ourselves on.

Sensational installation, very happy with everything, would have no hesitation in recommending Shane and his team to anyone. Our first day with air it was nearly 40 degrees, thank you

Disappointing. Trying to get ducted airconditioning, they postponed the first appointmentfor a quote till later that day, failed to show up or call. We rang and they rescheduled for Saturday but again failed to turn up or call us. A week later and no word from them.Unreliable!

my sincere apologies for the late reply on WOMO, with the year we have had we did unfortunately let a few customers down and by the sound of this we have definitely let you down more than once on this occasion.
I do have a recollection of talking to you about the issues and i think we may have sorted it in the end. if so i hope you are enjoying your comfort and we will try our best to ensure any further dealings with are company are pleasurable.

Actron Air, Ducted Air Conditioning system not cooling. Followed instructions over phone but this didn't work unfortunately. Technician arrived on time, excellent service, knowledgeable, replaced part & is working beautifully again.
