First time I walked in I had Bec. She was amazing and knew exactly what to do. The price was average to what I've paid before at other salons for bb wash, treatment and blow wave I paid $110. I bought the Alfa parf shampoo as well so that was an extra $25 for bronde foils. I rebooked again and was happy with service quick service and experienced stylist was great. love my blow wave!

Unfortunately, after what happened yesterday, I don't think I'll be going to GP Studio again. The choice of the colour was great, though the hairdresser who finished off my hair performed really poorly. I initially told her if she could blow dry my hair and she asked me if it looked good after blow drying it for not even a second. I then suggested her giving it a bit more body and she said:
"I am sorry but I can't. I've been told by my boss there's another customer now"
Seriously??!!
The icing on the cake was when I got the bill for $120 after the poor service offered! Besides no coffee, no tea, no water, no magazines to read and loud music... Nope, definitely NO!!!

The cut wasn't bad, however I feel like the cheap prices they list are misleading. I sat in the chair for no longer than 10 minutes for a very simple dry cut (no washing and no blow dry) and it came to $50. I don't think I will be returning.

This is a tricky one... My hair stylist Gene is by far one of the BEST stylist I have ever had do my hair and I've been to mostly high end branded salons around Australia and internationally. Gene is attentive, he listens, he doesn't rush you through and has high attention to precision and detail. Gene is extremely professional and I would follow him wherever he travels to work....
There is an issue with salon experience however. There is no offer of coffee, tea, water. There are no magazines to read and sometimes the music is completely not appropriate and too loud... I know Gene does his best with the resources he has been allocated... Here's my tip- buy yourself a coffee and ear plugs (for on a rare occasion you may need them before heading in!!!) Overall, Gene is certainly a 'diamond' working in a challenging low customer service focused SALON. The owner needs to review this urgently... The staff are friendly overall.

I walked in to GP studio for tips.
I had a guy called Roberto do my colour, he did a great job,
I showed him a picture of the colour I wanted and he achieved
that with foils. I Will go back.
Fantastic!!!!

This is a walk in hairdresser in Chadstone Shopping Centre. The haircut I received was a rough job and the wait time was over 30 minutes. The price was reasonable at about $25 but I'm not sure that I will return again.

Approximate cost: $25

the first time I went there, Adele cut and coloured my hair and I loved it. I then tried to make an appointment but she was on leave so had to have someone else. The second experience was no where as good, I found the guy quite dismissive and my cut was no where near as good. Going to the hairdresser is such an expensive exercise you really need to come out feeling valued and with a great hair cut. Didn't go back, tried somewhere else

Approximate cost: $140
