Purchased an SP25 on12 May 2017. All the dealings from my initial enquiry up to my purchase and delivery were first class.
The Sales Executive with whom I dealt with - Nitish Chandra - was excellent. He was friendly, courteous and extremely informative and helpful. I found him forthright and up front at all times. My initial car requirements changed during the process as I firmed up on what car would be the best for my needs. Nitish was always helpful and patient in ensuring I made a decision that I was comfortable with.
I would recommend any of my family or friends to go to GPM and ask for Nitish.
It is good to purchase a new car and feel a winner.

Lance is a super star, he did not pressure me and his honesty, manners and attention to detail was refreshing, he explained every thing i needed to know about the new car and the purchasing process with Rocco. It's the last place to purchase a car. They try to sell you a car and make you feel good about your purchase. After they received the money, customer service ENDS. It's the worst place that you can purchase a car.

I purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago and it started making strange noises on the left hand side of it which caused by cooling system. And they started saying that it's very common sound and it's nothing important. They are not trying to help you at all but they are trying to take your money and smile on your face.

Anyways, I know how CRM works and I will be in every social media to let my experience known by other consumers.

My wife and I spent a month looking for a Mazda 2 to buy for our Daughter. We found a great buy right on our doorstep after travelling all over melbourne. The deal was done quickly and to the point with no fuss or Salesman type bargining, we put forward a price they thought about it and accepted. We also found a few problems post delivery that didn't seem quite right, so we sat down with the Manager , Rudi, and resolved the issues on the spot with a minimum of fuss and just left the car with them for an afternoon. A huge Thank you to all the team at Graeme Powell, it was one of the best experiences shopping for a car I've had!

Bought a new car from Noel very trustworthy and honest salesman and he followed through with after care to ensure I was happy with car and service department were great, picked my car up from work, serviced it, washeds and vacuumed and returned it back to my work. I didn't have to use a day off yippee to have car serviced
