It's the last place to purchase a car. They try to sell you a car and make you feel good about your purchase. After they received the money, customer service ENDS. It's the worst place that you can purchase a car.

I purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago and it started making strange noises on the left hand side of it which caused by cooling system. And they started saying that it's very common sound and it's nothing important. They are not trying to help you at all but they are trying to take your money and smile on your face.

Anyways, I know how CRM works and I will be in every social media to let my experience known by other consumers.
