There are a time in your life when a dingy dirty pub won't do. When the finer things in life need to be enjoyed and savored like a 1st date in a sunny afternoon afternoon.

Well welcome to the Greenwood where there is enough space for all of these experiences and more. Plenty of rooms to have a private function and enough outdoor seating to enjoy the breezy rooftops taking you to new heights.

Staff are always friendly and the food is above average for Pub grub. Plenty of room so even meeting a large group is not an issue after work.

Decent selection of beers and drinks. Most come at a reasonable 'Sydney Price." Though I would like to see some more top-top shelf Scotch and whiskey from Japan, but I appreciate I am not in a whisky bar. Rather a very nice rooftop bar in North Sydney.

Approximate cost: $18

A large venue in the middle of North Sydney. The staff are reasonably friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced, but the atmosphere is my favourite. Everyone seems relaxed and friendly and it is a good place to meet with friends.

great bar / restaurant close to north sydney station. Big place for a party or a gathering. Cozy atmosphere, looks like an old house renovated.

Lovely atmosphere, The Greenwood Hotel is a North Sydney icon and a lovely and popular meeting place.
Inside the grounds of an old school, the sandstone building has history as well as four bars, a restaurant and a courtyard.

Nice relaxed atmosphere for after work drinks. It doesn't get packed out like some other places, but I guess that's because of it's location. Mostly for people in the North Sydney area for after work drinks

eh, I'm not sure if I'd call it relaxed. I think it's more lively than relaxed. well imo
